Innovation Overkill

Is innovation the new black? Or just the word of the moment? With crowd-sourcing, co-creation workshops and open structures, widespread participants can create and influence innovation, but does this do more harm to the discipline than good? In the drive to make innovation the normative way of doing things, are innovation managers and consultancies nearing the end of their lifecycle?

In discussion with a distinguished panel, democratic innovation will be put to the test, as the entire audience will be encouraged to participate.
